Standard Hourly Rental
Monday - Thursday - $100 per hour

Private Weekend Event Blocks
Daytime Event Block
8:00 AM – 2:30 PM @ $900
6½-hour rental window is available for daytime events, providing ample time for setup, your event, and breakdown.
Evening Event Block
3:30 PM – 10:00 PM @ $900
The same 6½-hour rental window is available for evening events, providing ample time for setup, your event, and breakdown.

Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required to secure your reservation:
Hourly Reservations: $150
AM/PM Weekend Event Blocks: $250
Once your inquiry is received and availability is confirmed, a security deposit payment link will be sent to you. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Your venue rental invoice will then be sent separately.
Security deposits are separate from your rental fee and cannot be applied toward your balance. Deposits are returned after your event, provided all closing and clean-up requirements are completed and there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing property, or other applicable charges.
Cancellation Policy: Rental fees are 100% refundable 15 days before your reservation and non-refundable within 7 days.

STAFF SETUP $125
Let our staff prepare the room for you.
Includes:
Setup of tables and chairs according to your requested layout
Table linens / black tablecloths for the tables provided
Tablecloths are not provided outside of the staff setup service.
STAFF BREAKDOWN $125
Let our staff handle the breakdown after your event.
Includes:
Wiping down tables
Breaking down tables and chairs
Returning all tables and chairs to their designated storage area
Leaving furniture neatly stacked and ready for the next rental
CLEANUP $150
For renters who prefer to leave the final cleaning to our staff.Includes:
Trash removal
Sweeping and mopping
Cleaning of counter/preparation areas
Cleaning refrigerator and sink, if used
Bathroom cleaning
Please note: Cleaning service does not include removal of personal belongings, decorations, equipment, food, or event materials. These items must be removed by the renter.
Workshop Venue Rentals
Hourly & Block rates
Please note: All workshop venue rentals are subject to approval by ‘Ike Collective.
Workshop rates are available Monday–Thursday only.
Weekend workshop rentals may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Private event bookings have priority for weekend reservations.
Workshop Block Rates

4-Hour Workshop Block — $325

6-Hour Workshop Block — $475

8-Hour Workshop / Full-Day Block — $600

Workshop blocks must be used for setup, instruction, and breakdown within the reserved rental period.
Workshop Venue Seating Amenities
Workshop reservations include access to:
Up to 4 — 8 ft. tables
Up to 30 chairs
7 large Lauhala mats available as an alternative seating option
Tables and chairs are provided based on workshop needs and availability. Additional tables and chairs can be provided at an additional cost. Workshop renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down their desired layout unless setup/breakdown services have been added on as an additional service in advance.
Please note: Workshop reservations do not include the full table and chair inventory available for private event rentals.

Workshop Renter Responsibilities:
Workshop instruction, materials, and participant safety
Advertising, flyers, announcements, and social media marketing
Participant registration, communication, and payments
Participant cancellations and refunds
Setup, cleanup, and compliance with ʻIke Collective policies
Use of the ʻIke Collective name or logo does not indicate that ʻIke Collective is producing, sponsoring, or financially responsible for the workshop.
Cancellation Policy: Workshop venue rental fees are 100% refundable when cancelled at least 14 days before the reservation and non-refundable within 7 days.
What Qualifies as a Workshop?
A workshop is an organized educational, cultural, or skill-based gathering led by an instructor, practitioner, educator, or non-profit organization where participants are actively learning or creating.
Qualifying workshops may include:
Cultural arts, practices, and ʻike-based learning
Hula, oli, mele, language, costume or Pasifika cultural education
Lei making, weaving, sewing, crafting, and other hands-on classes
Art, creative, crafts and educational classes
Nonprofit or community organization cultural educational programming
Workshop renters are responsible for their instruction, curriculum, participant registration, materials, participant safety, and cleanup unless otherwise arranged with ʻIke Collective.
The Workshop/Community Rate does not apply to private parties, celebrations, receptions, social gatherings, or other event-style rentals. These reservations are subject to our standard venue rental rates.
PARKING
Parking is available in the surrounding area; however, parking is not guaranteed. Current parking availability includes:Monday–Friday: Limited parking before 5:00 PM. Additional stalls become available after 5:00 PM.
Saturday: Parking is limited before 12:00 PM. Additional stalls become available after 12:00 PM.
Sunday: Shared lot parking is available.
Licensee is responsible for communicating parking information to guests and vendors when appropriate.
Vehicles must be parked only in authorized areas.
ʻIke Collective and K4 Holdings, LLC are not responsible for parking availability, parking citations, towing, theft, or damage to vehicles.
